Before selling my Miata it needed some service. A noise developed that would kill any hope of a sale so I took it into G&M. Brad informed me it was the rear wheel bearings and would take 2 1/2 hours. Two hours later he called me back and said the repair was done and right on the estimate. I've been going to them since John, the owner, has been established in Canyon Country and they've always been upfront and honest with their work and estimates. When someone asks for a referral for an auto repair shop I always recommend G&M. Thanx guys!

Had an issue w/my 2005 Toyota 4Runner. John Wright, the owner was able to dignode the problem. He explained the problem thoroughly and came to a solution.. He started work at on it immediately and had the transmission installed and ready for pick up the next day. John and Brad, his office mgr. are very knowledgeable and honest. They do excellent work and keep their word when it comes to getting the work done. Their warranty on their work is higher than most shops. They are the only shop I trust in the SCV area

Brad was awesome. Had my car 'serviced' at Mazda, then took it to Brad to have some issues fixed. Brad told me that Mazda had done a shady service of my car and had basically not performed any of the basic car service functions. He went the extra mile to email me videos and photos of the issues that Mazda did not perform correctly so I can take it back and show the dealership. Brad communicated with me and my partner very well, texting, emailing, and phoning the two of us- which was not the most convenient for him to do, but he made sure that we were both in the loop. Everything was done very fast and smoothly, and at a reasonable cost. I wasn't able to pick the car up on time when all was finished, but instead of charging me an extra day to keep it there, Brad was kind enough to lock my keys in my car and let pick it up when I could once I paid over the phone. All around great service and a great guy who is willing to make it as convenient as possible to get the job done. Thanks Brad and your tech team!

John is the most honest mechanic you will find in Santa Clarita! He does not charge you for uneeded service or repairs. If you want it done right the first time, go see John. Great service and friendly too!

Brad is an honest and helpful guy and won't steer you wrong. He gave us an accurate diagnosis on my sons car and did what he said he'd do. He followed up with us on a regular basis to let us know what was going on. The service and work here is excellent, we highly recommend them and will use them in the future for our automotive repairs.
