Brad was awesome. Had my car 'serviced' at Mazda, then took it to Brad to have some issues fixed. Brad told me that Mazda had done a shady service of my car and had basically not performed any of the basic car service functions. He went the extra mile to email me videos and photos of the issues that Mazda did not perform correctly so I can take it back and show the dealership. Brad communicated with me and my partner very well, texting, emailing, and phoning the two of us- which was not the most convenient for him to do, but he made sure that we were both in the loop. Everything was done very fast and smoothly, and at a reasonable cost. I wasn't able to pick the car up on time when all was finished, but instead of charging me an extra day to keep it there, Brad was kind enough to lock my keys in my car and let pick it up when I could once I paid over the phone. All around great service and a great guy who is willing to make it as convenient as possible to get the job done. Thanks Brad and your tech team!
