I am very happy to have found G&M Auto Repair. Brad has been great to work with. Anytime he notices issues with any of our cars he's always willing to explain things in detail so that I understand the need for the repair. When the local Subaru dealer closed, I was very concerned about not having a reliable mechanic in my area. Luckily I found G & M. They basically can do anything except warranty work or recalls. John the owner and Brad the manager go above and beyond to make sure everything is working to a T. They also have GREAT customer service and even send hand written thank you notes. I’ve been there 3 times already for service, a battery replacement, and a MAJOR insurance claim. They did a professional job all 3 times. I won’t ever go anywhere else!!!

Brad scheduled an appointment for me to get my car serviced for the next day. Work was completed on time for the exact price quoted. Would definitely use this place again. Friendly and efficient!

Personally, my experience at G&M Auto Repair was absolutely SUPERB. The head director, Brad, knew exactly what was wrong with my car. His customer service skills are a PLUS. He also took good care of me in meeting my needs. Honestly, I would highly recommend anyone that are having problems with their vehicle and need immediate attention to visit G&M Auto Repair, indeed.
