Some shady mechanic in Mexico "fixed" my brakes and I was freaking out because they felt way lower than normal. I took my car here and the manager was super nice, knowledgeable and patient while explaining what was wrong with my car. He took the extra time to drive it around and make sure that it was good to go. My brakes are back to normal now and while I waited in THE COZIEST OFFICE EVER (warm, quiet, comfy couches and magazines I actually wanted to read) I fell asleep hard core and nobody disturbed me... Sweet!

John & his team truly set the standard for what an auto mechanic/repair shop should be. Have been here a handful of times for the past 2 years & will remain a loyal customer considering the great service I've always received. They are so knowledgeable in their work and will actually take the time to educate you on their diagnosis of your car's needs. If something is not necessary to be done at the time, they'll let you know. That's what I call professionalism & integrity. There really are honest, decent mechanics in the world & you'll find them at G & M!

As hard as it is to find an honest and good mechanic shop now this days, I can easily say that John and his team have been very good to us and I highly recommend G&M auto to everyone for all their repair needs

John took care of my Yukon, which had an Air Conditioning issue, in only a few hours plus provided shuttle service to me to go home and return, and was extremely personable as well as professional. I felt wholeheartedly that I could trust him, and it doesn't get any better than that, in my humble opinion.

This place was great. My son was leaving to move to TX in 1.5 days and his AC went on the fritz. I'm mechanically inclined and do my own auto work, but this was beyond my expertise. Called Ford, but they couldn't see us until a week later, My sister had used G&M for her car repairs and she had no problems, so we gave them a call. They told us to bring the truck in. We took it in around noon and explained what was going on with the AC and the urgency in getting it fixed. They said they'd call us later in the afternoon when they knew what was wrong. It was getting late, but around 5:15p they called and said it was all fixed! Yay!! And the price was more than reasonable. I'll be bringing all my cars here for now on.

My new favorite auto shop. Trustworthy, quick, and great service. After being there only a handful of times they know my name by car and face. They are great about getting you the best solution and even though they always seem to have a lot of people in the shop. Their service is prompt. Great people.

I was pleasantly surprised after going here. I had a good conversation with John and was impressed with his work ethic. They have fair prices and am very happy with their service. I look forward to servicing my car here.

Kevin Browning and his team at G & M Auto have been great caretakers of my cars for years. They have provided courteous and comprehensive service, as well as good proactive advice that has helped me to make educated decisions about the necessary repairs and costs involved. They really do own up to their motto "Get it Fixed Right!" and have been very diligent in their problem solving, making sure that everything that was a concern to me had been resolved to my satisfaction. I continue to be very satisfied!

I'm so thankful to have come across G&M. John and his team are so personable and honest, and my car has been taken such good care of since I started coming to his shop! I've never been happier. Safe to say I've found a permanent mechanic for my Civic :)

Absolutely the best place to go for all your car care needs. Great prices and service! I have used them on several occasions for repairs and basic maintenance and I honestly wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else! John is very honest and has a very trustworthy shop!!
