Talk about honesty and integrity! I recently brought my wife’s vehicle into G & M Auto Repair. We were experiencing a huge loss in power, as well as a knocking sound coming from underneath the hood. Not good. After running a diagnostic on the vehicle, G & M Auto Repair confirmed our worst fear…the engine needed to be replaced. Here is the killer: Instead of charging us what would have easily been thousands of dollars, they explained to me that our vehicle’s engine was still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Given the fact that we had well over 130,000 miles on the car, I did not think this was possible. The representative went on to tell me that, due to a manufacturing issue, the manufacturer extended the warranty on the engine to 120,000 miles. I was still outside of this range, but G & M advised me to contact the dealership to see if they would make an exception. As I write this today, we are in a rental car (fully paid for by the dealership) while a brand-new engine is being installed in our vehicle. ALL FREE OF CHARGE! These guys not only went above and beyond—in regard to finding the issue—but they went several steps further by checking recalls, bulletins, and other pertinent information about our particular make and model. They knew that they would not make any money if they advised us of the outstanding bulletin about our vehicle, but they did it anyway. I originally went to G & M Auto Repair because of their star rating on Google. As with any rating system, part of me always wonders about the legitimacy of reviews, especially when a business has such a high rating. I’m glad I relied on the stars on this one. I’m just surprised G & M is not a full 5 stars (they were 4.8 at the time of this post). Thanks guys! If everyone did business like you do, there would not be a need for a rating system. You are truly amazing!

horrible I took my 05 sprinter to this shop for a very simple job replace my egr valve I supplied the valve I spoke to nick he explained it was a 40 minute job and would be $90 3 days later he calls and explains when he was removing the valve he broke it in half and now it would take 9 hours of labor to get it off. Another words My $90 job just turned into $900 because he messed up I refused. I picked up the van and to my surprise he still charged me $70 The van was now not drivable even though I drove it to this shop, I now had to tow it away. I take it to my tires in Newhall. And guess what ? They removed it and replaced my egr valve in 40 minutes for $90.00. Not $900 lol When I asked nick where he cane up with the 9 hours of labor he told me he imputes the vin into a co Outer program. Lol. What kinda program determines how long it will take for you to fix a egr valve you broke in half. Craziest thing I have ever heard Total scammers.

G & M has always been honest with me about my car’s needs. They are super fast and efficient. They are alway a professional and nice to me and my car. Great great customer service. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Returned to G&M Auto after living in NYC for 7 years. Service team is still excellent and the work done is superb. Will be taking my Nissan Rogue to G&M Auto for all necessary maintenance.

Brad and crew alway do right by me. I take all my vehicles to G&M for routine maintenance and the occasional bigger jobs. I just had an oil change in our minivan. Brad had me in and out very quickly. He made some recommendations for further maintenance but never pressures or hard sales. Great shop. No complaints.
